Had a small issue with tv out of the box, call Geek Squad, they were very helpful & made an appointment to come to my house to address issue,

The agents delivered our big new tv quickly & carefully — having purchased it online only a couple days before. Happy it arrived so soon!!

First time buying a Oled tv so I could not take a chance with Burn-in it was painful but worth it because these tv’s are expensive

Definitely recommend getting this with every purchase. Anything can happen. On top of that the customer service is great.

We have not needed to use it yet for any issues, but good to know we have solid protection if we do!

Happy that I bought this because we all know technology can fail and so it’s great to know I have this protection with my for 5 years just in case anything happens to my tv .

Best buy has the warranty Geek Squad. Haven't had to use them yet. But in the past on a receiver I bought had some issues several times so they gave me a new one. Great customer service.

If you buy a Samsung TV you better buy this, their customer service sucks even if you are right outside the warranty...I mean days...not months...buy the Geek Squad warranty...just do it

Insurance for an investment. Can't beat the value of what you get. Haven't used it yet but coworker had to use it on a TV and after getting a lemon TV, BB gave him a newer and better TV that he had paid for.

Geek squad is great for repairing your products as well as setting up your home with ethernet and cabling locations if needed.

It was kinda pricey, but worth the piece of mind if you have issues with your device they replace it.
