Having the extra 1 year Geek Squad coverage is perfect for my new TV. I feel confident if anything goes wrong, I have the Geek Squad ready to fix the problem.

I purchase the geek squad warranty for 90 percent of the stuff i buy and it has never been a bad experience.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

Total tech comes in handy when you need extra help to figure out how to work a device, or it needs repair. Also great for installations on many products for your home and office.

Required to have. Protecting your device saves you alot of money the price is great and its for couple years .

Paid off big.. Bought a really expensive TV so figured we would get a warranty. With in a year we had the TV go out.. They came out and fixed it no charge.
