The plan is good they're willing to fix what you have before shipping it off first without even trying to fix it which most companies do not give any effort in doing so.

If you’re going to spend as much on an OLED might as well protect yourself.

Always get the service plan. You never know when you’ll need to use it

We haven't had a reason to use the Geek Squad yet. Nice to know its protected for a few years in case anything comes up.

Geek squad protection is a must I know I am covered for 2 years with no problem. I would recommend everyone getting it.

If I spend more than $100 I always get geek squad. The policy is simple and they have never let me down or failed to fix or replace items when necessary.

Cannot beat the Geek Squad extended warranties. They come out to your residence to repair or replace the defective product. I've used it before and they do what they say

Always get the protection plan on big ticket items . I know it cost but I have used them many time for when items go bad .

I mean its geek squad protection. You're protected regardless of what happens, and for the price, can't go wrong!

I can always rely on Geek Squad protection. The agents are always helpful, and if it can not be fixed, you will get your money back, usually as a Best Buy gift card.

The geek guys are awsome amy question i have asked they are very easy to talk to. They have all the answers. Very helpful.

I pray that my device last for a long. But, if it starts to have a problem within the five years period, at least I am covered.

Even though I have not had to use my Geek squad protection yet, I am very happy to have it "in case"! Any kind of repair/replacement would be a difficult extra expense right now, so it is nice to have this "safety net" to fall back on!

Its nice to know there is a warranty there in case I need it, but hope that I wont need it........so far so good. thanks

Bought the 2year protection plan just to have extra peice of mind if something happens to my new Sony x930e tv and before it runs out will prob add another 2years

I always try to get the extra protection because I’ve had to use it and having something fixed cost more now a days just for parts than having to buy a new one

Geek Squad is excellent to have especially if you have kids
