    My Samsung 65 Q80T screen failed in less than 6 months. I called Geek Squad and when the replacement part was unavailable then gave me full credit towards purchase and installation of a replacement TV. The replacement make my purchase of Geek Squad protection well worth the purchase cost.

    Geek Squad set up our TV perfectly, and fast.

    An agent brought our new TV to our hone and set it up. He was fast, thorough. Before we bought this TV, we needed a Tech to come to our home to check out the TV. A problem was identified and repairs made, all on our schedule. They came when we needed them. So grateful for this service.

    The tv was wonderful while it lasted my home had electrical problems when we have high winds and it went out but the google tv was great and iam going to get another 1 when i can crisp and clear

    I added the 5- year service warranty to my Samsung purchase just to be sure! But I’m thinking I might not have needed it with this product as everyone I speak with that owns products from Samsung are happy even years later! But I trust Best Buy and their guaranteed service! Great investment!

    Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

    For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.

    $360 for a $2000 tv. If you can buy an expensive tv or electronic, you can buy the warranty. Go and look around at cheaper services. None compare to what geek squad covers and will fix.

    @BestBuy @BestBuySupport I am going through a nightmare customer service at Geek Squad Scranton 959 Viewmont Dr Dickson City, PA 18519 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. Just to add into the story I spoke to the manager they reach out to me through DM chat when I posted the same concern over social media.. but again told me to wait for another 24 hours telling me they "escalated" just to tell you whenever they tell you they are escalating means they are going to add 24 hours with every escalation but they will not fix your problem just give you another 24 hours. they are flying pigeons to get across internal communication to resolve any issue. run for your life when the representative tell we are escalating Sir.

    I always believe in purchasing extended warranty on expensive items and this TCL 65" Q TV was no exception. In the past whenever I had problems with my other TV's, etc. the Geek Squad was right there to make things right saving me a lot more $ than the Best Buy protection cost. It really is a good investment.

    This is a great plan and is definitely worth the money. My last TV died after two and a half years and it was replaced for only $10 more because it could not be repaired. GET THIS PLAN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER TV, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

    So we decided to get the 5yr warranty instead of 2yrs because there is only $20 difference. Salesperson was very helpful. Basically, best buy will cover for any repairs except if it is a physical problem. Just incase your television will not totally work.. You can get another tv same or close to what you bought or they will give you the money back (perhaps a store credit). I think it is a good idea.

    It is great that the Geek Squad is available when you have problems. My TV kept freezing. They came out and determined the problem. Got parts and installed. When this did not fix the problem, they gave me the option of returning my year old TV for a full refund of the TV, tax, and 4/5 of my Geek Squad. I then bought a brand new TV with better features. Great service!
