Geek squad has the best plans available anywhere for great warranty and repairs and /or replacement of damaged equipment. Their customer service is unsurpassed!

I bought this Geek Squad protection one year ago. For a tv/dvd that cost $150 I got 5 years protection for $30. This year I bought a tv/dvd that cost $300 and got 2 years protection for $40. Wow, did the price go up! Althought I got a better price for this purchase I can not recommend this product at this years cost.
