Geek squad has always been there for me with whatever technical problems I have whether with a tv, computer, or camera.

I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!

I haven’t needed the service thankfully but I’m confident you’ll take great care of me.

A must buy. Never had an issue with Geek Squad, any issues was resolved with a replacement.

Any time that I go to buy on Best Buy is one of the main reasons that make go there and buy the products, because if any time I had any problem with any of the items that I bought there, the service was just incredible!. Even in some case the change my camera for a new one!.

I purchased this 2 year warranty to cover my 55" LG LED Smart TV which as an exchange for a 55" Insignia LED TV that was deemed not repairable through my previous Geek Squad Protection Plan. Even though my TV was in limbo for over 3 months to get the exchanged one I felt it was worth it for the money. To replace the TV for a comparable one would have costs me well over $699.

Other companies may have white glove service but I had Royal service. Extra protection price reasonable for 2yr.

This is a general comment not specific to this particular purchase they were on a problem for me then went out of their way to try to help me so I really appreciated that just don’t lose what you have covered with the geek squad in your problems will be minimal

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

The geek squad did a great job, hanging and installing my new tv. Very happy with the service.

Price is very good for 5 years protection. Especially that they will come to your home to do any repairs if need it.

The geek squad protection plan provides great peace of mind. New Tvs are more advanced and fixing them can be expensive. It is likely you could buy a new TV for the price to have it fixed. Geek squad protection plan covers everything but theft and physical damage.

This is something I hope I never have to use I just wish they offered to give you so credit if you never use it
