Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

Geek squad protections I wouldn't buy without it. I purchased 1 for my last Tv and having this allowed me to get a replacement when the first Tv went down.

I bought this extra, I think it’s better to buy this extra protection program it’s for peace of mind

Have not had to use yet, but have in the pay and had good success with repairing my devices

For $50 you can have peace of my mind with a 5 year protection plan to cover your TV from anykind of problems. When you spend $250 for the TV you want to make sure you are covered if anything happens.

Came in on time and two people dropped off the tv. Very nice.

It’s been ok. They deff are helpful. I had a replacement remote ordered but it was the wrong remote. Hopefully they will fix this soon

Good warranty to have for my TV just in case something happens to it. Haven't had to use this service yet (hopefully won't), but it's good to have it if my TV ever decides to stop working.

I'm glad I purchased this plan because my old TV went out after having it for 2 years and to fix it would cost the same as a new one. This plan will save me a lot of money if something goes wrong with my new TV

This 5 year warranty is definitely worth it. It gives you an ease of mind if something were to happen when the orginal warranty ends. I always add a warranty on an item like this.

Although we probably didn’t need this, we went ahead and purchase it so in the long run we have the support and back up if we had any issues

The geek squad guys were extremely professional with the installation. And it is peace of mind to know that i have 5 years of geek squad protection on my tv whenever I may need it.

Television works fine and I am satisfied with the performance.

My TV was broke and they explained what needed to be done or gave me an option for a gift card. I was very satisfy with my option.

I always try to buy this plan on all of my purchases. Now, if my mother-in-law's TV breaks down, I can get it fixed for her.

I always get the extra insurance on used items. Totally worth it if things go wrong.

I’ve used this twice on a TV I purchased from Best Buy 11- 2018 and had to call the geek squad 1-2019 was a little disappointed that my TV went out so quick.......issue was resolved with my protection plan glad I brought it

I am not a warranty person. My daughter bought me a Surface and purchased the geek squad protection. The surface dropped and had a crack in it. I brought it to Best Buy and they took it and mailed me a new one. No issues. I will purchase Geek Squad protection with all my electronics.

the geek squad agents did a super job on setting up 65 inch tv. they explained how to set up the apps. I am very satisfied. Ron V
