Best Protection Services I ever had. I had protection service on products purchased earlier, and I always had best experience with very skilled technicians from Geek Squad.

The protection is well worth the cost of the package. When purchasing a high cost item and item company can't repair it, the warranty program will credit the cost towards a new item.

Great add on service. I haven’t had any issue with my appliances so I haven’t had to use it full yet. But it does bring peace of mind if something was to happen.

Always include extended warranty. You will not regret it.

My previous TV (different brand and purchased elsewhere) died unexpectedly after two years and I was operating on a tight budget, so I thought that I would insure this one. You know , if you are superstitious, the best way to guarantee trouble-free service from your device is to buy service protection - but either way you are covered.

I purchase these most of the time with my computer and electronics. I've only ever had to use them once and had no issues. Hoping not to have to use, but its a good just in case for me.

I would never purchase anything without a protection plan. Anything can go wroung and with the plan you have no worries.

LG is a top of the line brand and this TV doesn’t disappoint, the picture and sound are amazing. I really can’t believe it’s being sold for such an affordable price.

Love the Best Buy Black Tie warranties. I always include the extra warranty on any product i purchase. Great to have those extra years of warranty just incase life happens.

I purchased the 5 year protection plan for my new Sony TV just because these newer sets are actually computers....too much that can go wrong. Though it states 5 years, it's really only 4 years because the first year is under the manufacturer warranty. Save the box! I had a 5 year extended warranty on my last tv and it broke in the sixth year.

Bought a 5-year Geek Squad Protection, because I would rather be safe than sorry if the TV breaks down or anything goes wrong with it! TVs and I do not the best of luck some times???

I usually don’t purchase warranties but with a tv this big I wanted to make sure it’s covered. You never know. Very affordable.

I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad for my new Roku TV and haven't actually used it yet, but it covers any damage and even if something as small as two pixels going dead on the screen and they'll replace it so I'd say for an extra $30 it's well worth it.

My sales rep Andrew at Langhorne Pa. was exceptionally attentive, informative and patient. I bought my TV because of him!

I always believe it is better to be safe than sorry, and definitely that applies to consumer purchases. For the price of a 5-year warranty and the Best Buy customer service that comes with it, it was an easy smart purchase! Always buy the warranty.
