The well trained professionals of Geek Squad are good when you are in a pinch with your computer. For the scope of work that they cover, they are good. For further depth, you need to go to other computer experts depending on the problem.

Loved the colors. We've had another TCL like this for the past 5 years. The LEDs went out on that one and this one looks just as good.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

i think the price for these things is not bad, ive never had to have a tv fixed under one of these services so i dont know how slow it goes or how much of a pain it is if you actually need to have something fixed.

Best TV I've ever owned. Very minimal set-up required to get the right picture quality.

I always choose to take advantage of the Geek Squad protection packages when I shop at Best Buy. You'll then never have to worry should any of your electronic "toys" develop any mishaps. Don't check out without it! A++++++++

Every major purchase I make through Best Buy I also get this and I find it to be very worth the money. I unfortunately have needed it a couple times, but it made it so easy.

I always purchase the extended warranty from Best Buy, it’s the best piece of mind you can have and protection on any item purchased from Best Buy.

Purchased the protection because it was inexpensive for the protection it provides. We haven’t needed to use it.

Worth the money. Warranties are important and especially for technology.

I protect all my electronics with geek squad! They will repair your covered product or if if it’s in repairable they will replace it with a new or equivalent product for free!

Geek squad is a very good Insuranse, and case any complaint is easy and quick to communicate

Have yet to use my protection plan on anything but worth the peace of mind for the price I pay with my employee discount.
