Good customer service and very knowledgeable about products and protection.

I don't buy electronics without purchasing a protection plan. Bestbuy offers very good protection plans and the service is excellent.

Originally was not going to purchase but decided to go ahead because TVs are now computers and having had to replace a bad piece of hardware unexpectedly on my PC was expensive. I liked the coverage, cost and peace of mind offered. I can't give 5 stars till I actually use which I hope won't be needed.

The Geek Squad Protection Program is perfect for my individual & small business needs. I can get the help I need quickly either in store or remotely on-line.

I like to get the geek squad warranty with tvs because if something happens, they will come out and fix it. 180 bucks is a little expensive but if you split it up over 5 years, it's really not bad. I believe it is worth it to get.

Great extended warranty but I do miss there accidental coverage they used to have regardless when buying a tv like Vizio or TCL this is a warranty you definitely want to buy!

Geeks are the best at repairs and knowledgeable about most electronics.

anything you need geek squad can help you figure it out. They have set up remote services so you can do from the comfort of your home

Like any purchase of insurance we did our home work and bought well. We hope we never need it but know the Geek Squad will be there if we do!

The quality of equipment really interferes with geek squad interaction. Since initial instal and set up they’ve been great in answering questions and troubleshooting

Get the protection plan because within a 5 years if anything goes wrong you can take it back or they might replace it depends on the conditions. If not you're screwed
