I bought the Geek Squad Warranty for my Insignia Roku TV and I am glad I made that purchase! My TV had a bad speaker, so I returned it to the Best Buy store and got an exchange with no problem. :)

My first T.v. messed up a week before the warranty went out. They brought me s new tv. Bigger than the one I had. So I renewed my warranty and will always this it.

I think it is wise to protect my investment . I have used this service on other Best Buy products and have seen the value in the warranty programs.

Purchased service because home computers had been hacked. Service was helpful and reassuring and timely and professes appropriate support for the future. Also assuring. Good deal re: price and promises.

Have always gotten the geek warranty. Never had a problem when had to use.

I am confident in the Geek Squad to meet my service needs. They have always been there to quickly solve my problems.

I think is good to have this plan I have 3 tv but I still haven’t use the warranty

Hope never to need it but is nice to have the peace of mind that if my daughters tv quits working in the next three years we don’t have to worry about it.

Thought the price was reasonable for five years of protection. Good to have and glad that I got it. Highly recommended for peace of mind.

When we purchased our new smart tv, we knew we wouldn't be able to fix it if something happened. Geek squad has an excellent reputation and we didn't hesitate to purchase their protection plan! Don't regret it 1 bit!

We always trust Geek squad protection for a new product. They replace it immediately if if can’t be fixed by them. The replacement is a new product.

Geek squad has helped me with all my major issues reguarding my purchases. If you don't buy this support it's because you don't value support when and if you need it.

I get the 5 year Geek Squad service on any expensive thing I buy, as LG OLED (2 of them) and other tvs and items bought.

The warranty is great i use it in the past and they are top-notch. I wouldn't leave out the store with out it.

i have not purchased geek squad warranties before. i really regretted it was such a hassel to go through the manafacture warranty. i will never do that again. always go through geek squad. saves you time and money.

I think it's worth the money on purchases such as a nintendo switch, tv, sound systems, and computers. I don't buy it on pretty easily replaceable items.
