Must have item for big ticket items. Best Buy has always been good at honoring and replacing or fixing my purchases when needed

The warranty is great any problems you have they will either help you over the phone or send someone out to fix the issue

You can never go wrong with getting a GSP for 5 years. You never know when you can have an issue on your QLED.

Good price ($189). Hope I don't have to use it...I purchased this for my 65" Samsung Smart TV simply because it's so large that if it ever fails, I don't want to have to deal with moving it.

Love having the peace and mind of coverage in the event anything happens.

Highly recommend 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy Geek Squad ... when your TV breaks after the manufacturing warranty ends this will save you money in the end.

My 65" Sony TV wouldn't turn on. Called Best Buy. Geek Squad worked on it and fixed within an hour. No issues since. They were very professional and friendly.

Love that i can call and do most troubleshooting over phone. If not they will come to me. Only thing about in home service is I wish the service window time was shorter.

The agent at best buys recommended that I protect. I'm praying everyday I dld the right thing.

I haven't had to use this with my TV that I bought it for, but have used it in the past on others. Much better service and coverage than the manufacturer's warranty.

Luckily I haven't had to use this yet, but I am confident that if I do, I will get great service like I have before in the past with Geek Squad Service.
