Anytime I spend over $100.00 at best buy I purchase a geek squad Protection plan. A lot of times people don't want to spend the extra couple dollars. But it more than pays for itself when an incident arises.

I like buying the service contracts so I can sleep at night. I know I am covered. The people are great and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.

Geeks are always there to solve my problems. They do most remotely and my 3 year old laptop is doing fine with their upss da are every ) months or so.

Going on 20 years now, we have only purchased our electronics from Best Buy and we always purchase the Geek Squad Protection. It is great and has paid for itself many times. The Customer Service is always great!

Havent had to use it but great to have just in case. Worth the money.

We had Geek Squad Coverage on a previous TV and it had some damage to the screen after about a year and it was not fixable so Geek Squad Coverage covered us for a replacement TV. So we always get the coverage now. Its a good plan!!

Hopefully we never need it. Purchase was easy and we have found the Best Buy program works great.

The 2 year Geek Squad coverage is a go-to for me. If I make a purchase on a TV, or other big dollar item, I automatically consider the 2 year coverage. Makes no sense not to. It should be your consideration as well.

I haven’t had to use the extended warranty but I have friends that have and have been very impressed. And it was cheaper than the manufacturer warranty.
