    Only used the warranty once on a fit bit. They said it can't be fixed and just gave us the credit to purchase a new one on the spot. Great service.

    I haven't had to use this service contract yet but have been happy with the service contracts for my washer/dryer and oven, so I expect things to go smoothly if I have issues with the tv.

    This was my third Geek Squad purchase, and my opinion is it is good when you need it. I had a tv go out during the extended warranty period and they replaced the tv same day. For me it is worth the price.
