Geek protection is the way to go for all your electronics and appliances

I'm super glad I had this plan. It saved me from paying full price on a new TV. Bad thing is, everything is done over the phone, and NO 2 people tell you the same thing. NO 2 people have any idea what the last person did, or is doing. If you use this: REFUSE a 3rd party to take care of you. Only use a Best Buy paid Geek Squad employee to do any of the work, AND evaluation. I ended up having to go tho the store in person throwing a temper tantrum to get this resolved correctly. Thank God for the store manager, he was a tremendous help. He got done in 2 days what the phone numbers I call couldn't get done in 2 weeks.

Have not had to use this service yet, but I have heard great things from others who have, especially relatives and believe that if it is needed at some point Best Buy will stand and deliver!

Geek squad always helpful! Had dead pixel on my new TV and they saved the day

We always buy the 5 year protection plan on any TV we buy from Best Buy. Just replaced one that was no longer repairable. Good investment.

The warranty was as advertised, ran into issues with my TV, exchanged for new TV with no issues.

Decided to purchase the additional 2 year protection plan from the Geek Squad after reading reviews. Hope to never need their assistance, but do have that peace of mind now.

As you know, even tvs have a ton of tech and software in them. All of the new consoles and 4k tvs are very expensive, so I highly recommend purchasing the 2yr geek squad plan through best buy.

There is no way I cannot get a warranty with any Best Buy electronics. I considered the warranties closures they have honored them fully. A++

Geek squad was free with purchase and we have enjoyed having it.

Its for my protection. Not really much else to add. If it breaks they will fix it etc ;)

A must have when making a big expensive purchase. It just sucks that the 2 years kicks in right away and not after manufacture warranty

So far I thank God I have not had to use the geek squad. I have used them in the past and usually the issue is always taken care of.

I did not use the Geek Squad for my new TV. We did not mount it on the wall. It is on my dresser. Sorry I did not have a review for you.
