Received email for setup almost immediately after purchase. For a tv I believe it is necessary just in case the tv doesn't work well

If you buy a Samsung TV you better buy this, their customer service sucks even if you are right outside the warranty...I mean days...not months...buy the Geek Squad warranty...just do it
