purchased this 2 year warranty for really great price. Will save me from any hassle should the TV malfunction in the future. geek squad comes to your house to fix it for this size of tv ( for smaller you have to take it to them that is what I was told). I have not needed it yet.

A friend had a problem with their new TV and even though it was under warranty for one year, they had to do much of the work of disassembling and rebooking things back up. With the Best Buy plan we will not have todo anything ourselves . Two years was only $60.

We bought this to cover a big screen television. We don't as a rule purchase warranties but this will cover any repairs. The best part is they will come to you to do the repairs.

Agent came out to check on blurry screen. Said it wasn’t a good tv for streaming

Awesome thing to have with fast service. Bestbuy couldn’t have offered a better service.

A 5 year warranty is essential for tv models above $400. 1 or 2 problems, it will pay for itself. Don't have to mail it to the company, just take it to the closest Best Buy or have them work on it at your home, for large screen models. Wish they would refund half the cost of the warranty if there were no problems.

Geek squad is who you want/ need to back your product

I personally believe it's always a good idea to purchase Geek Squad Protection. Initially if u only have money for the product you can still purchase the warranty I believe up to two weeks after purchase.

Easy to set up works just as advertised and using your amazon account can speed up the process.

The 2 year protection plan works great. I buy it for a majority of my products and whenever I need a service or replacement I take my product in, the associate sees that I have the protection plan and they replace the product with a brand new one.

Best tv out there, I bought it for my mom, for her birthday.

Got this warranty at a good price along with my tv purchase. Haven't had any problems so therefore I haven't used it. But from what I read it sounds lije it should be easy to file a claim.

Thank you to Best Buy for offering protection plans for my more expensive electronics. I hope I never need to use it, and I have had to only in rare cases, but it’s nice to be able to pay for some peace of mind.

Always make sure u get this cause if something goes wrong u can always bring it back and exchange it

Do yourself a favor and get a service plan! It covers the tv for almost anything that happens to it. Not dropping it, but most regular things that can happen are included in the warranty. I have always had the extended warranty from Best Buy and I will continue to do the same.

Very happy we spent the money to have the Squad install our tv and sound bar. The install would have taken a lot longer if we had tried to do it ourselves and then we would have wondered if we had done everything correctly.

Getting this is a life saver, they always standby there commitment to give great value and products
