I have this mounted on the wall of my bedroom. Very light and was easy to mount and get set up. Using wireless internet for Netflix. Color is awesome. Very crisp and clear picture. No complaints or problems. Covers for what I needed it for.

So far I have not used them for this product. But I have used them before and yhe service was good. But it is just as a back up to buy the 5 year protection just in case.

Haven’t had to use, but peace of mind if any issues arise!

I recommend anyone that buys a brand new Samsung TV to get insurance on it. One never know when you will need it especially on game day or gaming with friends.

They helped me to setup a fit bit watch and transfer my information from the old computer to the new computer.

I recommend to everybody whenever you have the option to get a warranty from Best Buy, get it because you can’t go wrong unless you don’t get it.

The geek squad protection plan is actually the reason i ended up buying the vizio from best buy. If it wasn't for the plan i was gonna buy the same tv from Costco.

I'm glad I purchased the extended protection. I usually purchase a extended protection when I make a major purchase. It is a good idea if you can afford the extra money.

Great price for added protection from issues. I got this plan for 5 years, what a deal! And since it was for a large tv, Best Buy will come to my home! Can’t beat that!

Have not had to use the protection plan yet. But what I understand that these OLED TVs can be very pricey to fix and if anything were to arise it sis best to have something backing you up and for five years the cost is minimal!

Since this is our very first time purchasing a flat screen TV, I was a little worried about the possibility of future repairs. We are on a tight budget and could not afford costly repairs! Tv will not work with the remote I have called talked to geek squad service and ask if they could come back and make this tv turn on , it turns off but not on ! How can I answer the next question would you recommend this geek squad service to a friend?
