I've used this service for one of my products and I wasn't pleased with the turn around time. The flipside is that my product was fixed and working properly upon it's return.

If you're gonna buy something it's worth the warranty just pay the money and no hassle.

I really believe this model Samsung is a lemon I’m tired of people telling me it’s the Internet when every other TV in my house works fine

Love that we have a protection still after the return date. I have had problems with TVs before after a year and unable to do anything about it.

This is more of an insurance policy on my new TV. But it is a,great comfort to know it is there if anything does go wrong.

Worth the investment to protect your product! Wouldn’t drive off the lot in a car with no warranty, don’t do it on your electronics.

Amazing TV and any app you need is in there. Quality is good andy going from one app to another is pretty quick.

It’s basically an extended warranty. You may never need it but if something happens or anything breaks it’s nice to have coverage.

I purchased the warranty for my 50” LG TV and registered it on line. I doubt I will have to use it but it is a good feeling to know it is there.
