Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

Geek Squad protection covers everything, very worth it when there is an issue with a product

A friend had a problem with their new TV and even though it was under warranty for one year, they had to do much of the work of disassembling and rebooking things back up. With the Best Buy plan we will not have todo anything ourselves . Two years was only $60.

I have not use this plan, but i have used it on previous TV's. I was able to walk in with a dead tv and walk out with a new tv during those experiences. Not cheap, but good peace of mind.

I had a very expensive plasma screen television covered under this plan. It went out a few months ago, and Geek Squad was very helpful in attempting to repair it. The TV was never fixed, and because Best Buy no longer sells plasma screens, I was able to get store credit for the product.

The warranty was reasonable. I purchased second tv and they combined both tvs for reduced warranty price

It's geek squad. Not sure what I can say about a warranty program other than we get it on a lot of stuff

Additional warranty coverage for our new TV. Have not had to use it (hope we never do), but if something goes wrong with the TV, it's good knowing that we have extra coverage.

Having your items protected is very important to have.

I will NEVER own an electronic device without Geek Squad. In more than one instance I have had devices quick working and they were completely replaced because of Geek Squad. Help with set up or issues is also AMAZING!

Would not purchase a major appliance without it. Best Buy’s warranty picks up when the manufacturers ends unlike most that charge you and arm and a leg and then have the guts to run it concurrently!

Love the service I receive when I need help from Geek squad

I've had Geed Squad help for several years, but now am a Total Tech Support Subscriber. It is well worth the money, as we have A LOT of Best Buy devices in our home :). The Geek Squad technicians are always helpful!

I recently called the Geek Squad and they set up an appointment to come to my home. They called before arrival, very knowledgeable and did some adjustments on my 82” LG tv…. Problem solved.
