I have used Geek Squad a few times since I purchased the protection package, Each time the person was helpful and courteous. I am happy with mu purchase.

I purchased the tv warranty just becasue I have always done that since purchasing led type TV's. It is a nice safety net.

You can never go wrong with a Samsung product especially a TV

I did not purchase insurance prior, but have found that it is great to have just in case. I would rather be safe than sorry. Hope i never need to use it but a great advantage just in case.

The geek squad coverage seems like the way to go as opposed to the standard manufacturers warranty. Simply for us because they will come out for repairs or you can take it to them instead of shipping to it out

Great price for a 5 year warranty. Tv usually doesn't last long in my household so its nice to know i have protection for years at a low cost

I purchased the geek squad with my 4K TV for 2 years. I think this will be a great add on in case if there is any issue with my TV. So far my TV has been really good and there is nothing for me to worry, since geek squad is there to cover me up during a problem.

So far I haven't had to use it, but just having it takes quite a bit of load of my mind, if anything would to happen to my TV.

Always good to get a 5 year because you never know what will happen even with the best of brands. I am glad Best Buy offers a 5 year warranty and a small price to pay in case anything goes wrong.

Unfortunately I never use it for any mounting or repairs, however, I was able to exchange a damaged TV which is still on warranty.Geek

I feel this protection plan was a little bit high for 5 years. But having experienced sound quality issues with tv purchase within the first year, I feel that I made the right choice of buying a protection plan!
