Purchased a protection plan for my tv I feel it’s always worth having geek squad protection, I’ve never had issues with getting things fixed or replaced

The service provided was wonderful. We have purchased protection plans with many of our electronic items, and they have all proven to be worth the money.

I love geek squad and will not buy anything without it. I won't even let members of my family buy anything without geek squad. Don't be a fool, don't go in my pool and don't ever buy without geek squad protection.!!!

If I would have purchased this before, i wouldnt have had to purchase a new tv. Lesson learned

I have not had the opportunity to use this warranty because I have not had a problem with my computer, thank God. I like having the security of knowing that my computer is protected though.

I had to sell the tv I bought from best buy cause it was never being used, and I was wondering if I could canceled the warranty on it. since I sold it to someone else

Well, honestly I have yet to experience needing to use it, but I appreciate that Best Buy offers this service for peace of mind with expensive items.

2 yrs ago, I bought a 65 in Westinghouse and did not get the geek squad. The set had all sorts of problems. It was supposed to have in home warranty but Westinghouse wouldn’t honor it. I did not purchase the geek squad for that set so this time i am not taking any chances

Excellent picture and the sound is very good. And very easy to set up.

You know the old saying, if you don't get the warranty it will definitely break. I got the warranty and know I can sleep better for the next five years.

Always best to purchase extended warranty. Have had a couple of TVs in the past due and stuck replacing them. Extended warranty would have saved me.

Had to have Geek Squad come out to help hook up the new Smart TV wth Cable and Samsun Soundbar, turns out everthing was hooked up wrong and now everything works with the Cable remote. Glad I bought coverage.
