My Samsung t.v turn black. Complete . After 3 years. Brought 75 inch with Geek protection plan.

Peace of mind, highly recommended as it is on my 85”, can’t imagine without it of something happens to my TV.

I love the protection plan!! I had bought a pair of beats headphones and they had a short devolope in the first year and the plan covered a New pair no questions asked!

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

I always buy the warranty plans can save you tons of money from Best Buy or any other store just check details

This is a great budget TV. We haven't had any issues with the TV itself. Some apps crash (about once or twice a month) but other than that it is a solid 1080p TV. We purchased ours for $300 and added the 5 geek squad warranty.

In this day and age with smart tv’s, it pays to warranty your tv. Go max years as shelf life is maybe 8-10yrs.

Geek Squad is worth the money and customer service.

I highly recommend that this protection plan is purchased for all Best Buy products.

I purchased the 5 year protection in case anything were to go wrong I have the security that it will be resolved.

Hopefully wont need to know how good it is as insurance!
