    some people believe that if you buy warranty that something will go wrong with a product buy in the long run its woth every penney because lets say you buy a tv and add warrantty for $100 more for 5 years and if anything is wrong with the tv they will basically give you a free tv because to repair it cost more money for them

    This service provides a great amount of peace of mind on purchasing something reasonably expensive for me such as a TV or gaming console. Because of this warranty I have been able to have defective equipment be repaired or replaced by a working one without much of a hassle or tedious paperwork.

    Best purchase I have ever made! Three years after buying a new TV, it broke and could not be fixed. I was able to get a brand new, and bigger TV for free! I, of course, renewed my 5 yr plan, though I hope the new TV lasts me a lobg time!

    I always purchase the service when Buying a TV. I have purchased Geek Squad 2 times. Used it twice and have been over all happy with the service. They replaced a prior TV. Repaired another TV. The parts and labor were almost as much as the tv itself.

    When I called Geek Squad because I had trouble with the TV I purchased last year, they were able to assist me promptly with the warranty. They scheduled for a service visit and when they came and found that the TV was not going to be fixed, they had a new TV delivered

    Best Buy always takes care of me and with this plan I have no worries that my item is protected. I can sleep knowing I’m good especially being an Army family moving the time things happen but best but has the best plans to cover you for sure.

    So happy to have this service. They have installed a TV, completed installation of a printer and wi fi in my home and installed a dishwasher. I have purchases planned for Christmas and Geek Sqaud is my definite go to.

    TV has stopped working again for a second time. Will not start again for no apparent reason now. The cable modem appears to be functioning normally, but the TV will not light up or produce any picture or sound. What am I to do to restore TV service? Your record will show this occurred before. We need a resolution soon. Thank you for your attention.

    i always get the geek squad prtection, you may never use it but when you need it it is there, the prior tv i bought it was a good thing i had this, the manufacture protection ran out geek squad replaced my tv with no questons

    Paid off when my 60” Visio television broke

    Purchased 5 year warranty that was to expire in Dec 2020 when we bought our Visio television in 2015 and we started having trouble with other and the company sent by the Geek Squad couldn’t fix it we got a 65” Visio and repurchased a new warranty on the new tv
