This purchase was for my grandson who is a college student and need a tv for his room on campus. It is a wonderful fit for the size of his room and for the price it was excellent

The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

Got the warranty in case it breaks haven’t had to use it yet

I'm glad I purchased this plan because my old TV went out after having it for 2 years and to fix it would cost the same as a new one. This plan will save me a lot of money if something goes wrong with my new TV

A friend had a problem with their new TV and even though it was under warranty for one year, they had to do much of the work of disassembling and rebooking things back up. With the Best Buy plan we will not have todo anything ourselves . Two years was only $60.

Amazing projector I use it every night We’re all the movies you can imagine in the world you can watch on this.

I had a very expensive plasma screen television covered under this plan. It went out a few months ago, and Geek Squad was very helpful in attempting to repair it. The TV was never fixed, and because Best Buy no longer sells plasma screens, I was able to get store credit for the product.

I give them an excellent rating. My first LG TV failed after about 4 years. My Geek protection qualified me for full original price toward a new TV.

TV has some wobbly frames that needed to be repaired. But other than that it's perfect

Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

I've had to use the service in the past for other products. Having the service makes replacement much easier when problems arise.

I have not use this plan, but i have used it on previous TV's. I was able to walk in with a dead tv and walk out with a new tv during those experiences. Not cheap, but good peace of mind.
