My old Samsung 4K 75-inch TV started having white spots in the display after 5 years of regular use. Thanks to this protection plan I was able to replace it with whatever's new out there, without needing to pay an arm and a leg and just paying the difference. This protection plan saved my life, I definitely recommend considering it!

I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

The Geek Squad unpacked my 65" Oled TV & set it up so fast I couldn't believe it. They explained the actual TV set up to me as they were connecting it to my supplier. The two squad members seemed to enjoy their jobs as well as explain everything to the customer. They even took the empty cardboard box with them. What more can you ask for? They are great.

Recommend service protection. On cheaper products. Phones require a extra payment to fix product. I have $1200 phone with a cracked screen and they want $250 and phone before replacement. Leving me without phone till repair nd $13 a month charge every month. I got warranty so I wouldn't have to pay more money if it breaks. Hd screen protector put on nd qll of sudden i have cracked screen. I think he did it putting on protector. I should have watched him. Cracked in corner

the geek squad was very helpful I brought in a few computers that were outdated and irreparable and they were able to retrieve my info and pictures onto a harddrive. they were friendly quick and efficient

Haven’t had any problems with my TV.. yet but if I do I will love to see what it covers I’m sure it’s very worth it you never know what could happen

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

Great and helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. If you have questions they have answers. If they don’t have an answer they’ll look into it.

It's kind of hard to Rate, I have not had the opportunity to use the service. Hope I never will.
