Worth the money if you spend more than $600 on a TV. Also 55" TV or larger they come to you to fix it.

I bought the protection plan for my tv had a issue geek squad took care of it but took almost a month i still recomend getting the protection plan for any new tv if your tv has any defects they fix it even if takes awhile they take care of it

I haven’t used them yet, but I’m confident that if I need to call them they will get the job done.

I haven't used it yet no more than to replace my tv and I pray that I don't have to use it unless I have to. But the word that I heard is it is good to have

I buy a warranty for almost every household item I buy if I don’t use it that’s money lost but I’ve had to warranty stuff before

The service is amazing and extremely beneficial to have for all electronic purchases.

I tell everyone if you want anythibg, but it at best buy and get protection plan because it's realiable and they are helpful

Having the Geek Squad Protection has been very helpful. It's now been upgraded to "Total Tech Support", but is worth having the benefits of this 'Insurance Policy'.

Geek squad agent was informative and explained everything so I could understand recommend a warranty for everything well worth the money

The agent didn't connect the TV. We love our TV but I do have a question if you don't use your warranty do you get money back

I've never bought a TV, that hasn't had problems at some point. I've always gotten the extended warranty through geek squad, and they have been great when I've had to use it in the past. I would recommend to always get this coverage when investing a lot of money.

Just the thought alone with having 2 years of geek squad protection is awesome sometimes things does not begin to function properly anymore til after the 2 years but just Incase it’s always great to have.

The computer salesperson was excellent! She had lots of knowledge and helped me decide the best computer for my needs. She was great with comparison of all computers and explained everything well.

Definitely worth it to purchase this for peace of mind especially given that the customer service is so top notch.
