Happy so far especially because not had to use it! But I'm very please to have good value for extended coverage if need down the road.

Everyproblem from loading, interface, distortions, dropouts have been dealt with quickly and efficiently be the Geek squad. Mostly over the phone, but once or tice at Best Buy. These people know what they are doing and are worth the investment.

I have not had to use my protection plan as of yet. I haven’t needed to with any product I’ve bought from Best Buy. I’ve heard great reviews about the replacement plan though.

Love LG TV's! I bought a Samsung before as a floor model and I'll pay the extra for LG from now on. The picture is crisp and clean.

Haven't had to use it yet, but i but alot from best buy, the feeling is nice when you know your products are covered.

I bought a new LG tv and got the 5 year geek squad protection plan for ease of mind. I didn’t do it on my last tv and regretted it as it died after the manufacture warranty. This time if anything does happen I’ll be covered.

The tv is a very good overall. Just needed a simple one to plug a Roku in. The picture is beautiful and works beautifully overall

I love geek squad because they’re upfront with everything and they come fast to repair your tvs and any other items you purchase.

Unfortunately I’ve found that not buying protection plans seems to be more expensive than buying them. Nothing seems to last as long as we expect anymore.

Didn’t know that was available. I will remember this for the next time.

A must to keep your electronics taken care of. Highly recommend.

So far so good as my tv for protection plan. But I have had before those tv without protection die out. And I thought let me have protection plan this time.

I have not had a chance to use this product. I don't know if this was a smart purchase for me or not, but after I had trouble with a previous TV purchase, thought I would get it.

I had not use any of this protection but it’s good to has any protection to any of my staff

Always buy extended warranty for electronics, now days expect 2 -3 of working service after that extended warranty will cove you and you will be happy you bought it.

They have great communication skills and helped me out alot
