Best buy offers excellent customer service and piece of mind for my expensive tv

Highly recommend taking policy out on flatscreen purchases that are several hundred dollars or more...may not need to use the contract but gives you piece of mind. If sets break repair costs are inevitably high so contract is with it. Had to use mine a month before the 5 year expired and it was honored. Set fixed and good as new. Worth the money.

Free in home Geek Squad visits have been very helpful! They migrated data between my two I Macs and are helping me fine tune my Wi-Fi system in the house. The agents even make product recommendations and schedule a future appointment to deliver and install new items.

Great and helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. If you have questions they have answers. If they don’t have an answer they’ll look into it.

Geek squad knows everything, really kind people and always willing to help

I have had overall luck with the service for the past items I've purchased in the past. Most times they provided a box to ship back the defective product and they send a replacement quickly. The only time I needed to go to the local store was to move data from an old PC to a new PC. The staff was pleasant overall, however needed to get the supervisor involved to cover the data transfer per the agreement of the plan since the team member was new and unfamiliar with the plan.

I haven't gotten to use the extended warranty...so not sure yet. But... I had a 65" going bad. The manager said they would cover it, but the screen was cracked in a corner. I was ok with the crack, it didn't affect the TV and was there for over a year. The TV started going dark and 'glitching' non stop. I do not believe it was related to the crack at all, but the they would not touch it with any type of damage. So...I really didn't get to see how the warranty works, other than it doesn't cover damage. duh... Apparently there is no damage coverage available on larger TV's at all. Bummer...

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

All my appliances were vreaking down at the same time: the laptop, tv, smartphone, and etc. My tv wasn’t even a year old yet. I digned up for 5 year agreement for peace of mind. It is an excellent investment

Great service. They chose to replace my tv rather than fix. Got an upgraded tv at no additional cost. Team that brought the new tv to my home was very punctual and communicative through the process. Highly recommend

Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!

I was standing over at the oled TV's and the guy who worked there asked me if I was thinking about buying one and I said yes! So he ask me to look at something he had on sale and it was a B7 55" lg oled tv! He showed me the price and my jaw dropped when I saw the price "699" and I said yes I will take it And I purchased this warranty and I am very happy with my purchase because this tv is great!

I've used Geek Squad in the past. It's good to have when the manufacturer's warranty expires.

I have used geek squad on a couple of other items (computer, vacuum, washer and dryer). The couple of times we had to use them, they were easy and quick to use. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.

I used to be against extended warranties with the thought that it was just a waste of money. Then I married a woman that thought she could fix anything herself and typically did more damage. Now I buy the Geek Squad warranties on everything I purchase with implicit instructions that if it breaks, schedule maintenance!
