I love the laptop, like to keep them as long as possible, and this seemed prudent. I mean, I really like the laptop (Samsung Book2 360 13" screen).

I recommend getting the geek squad plan, especially for those expensive purchases. The no hassle replacement is EVERYTHING. I have kids and they can look at something and it will break. Lol. On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.

After unboxing my TV a couple weeks after delivery, I found that it would not turn back on after the initial set-up. Geek Squad was amazing, and provided me with a new unit in less than 24 hours!!

I got this coverage because we are moving to CT in June and I wanted to protect my new TV for the move. Turned out I needed it about a month after I bought the TV. Called the Geek Squad and they came right out. Ordered the part and had it shipped to my home. They were there 2 days later and installed the part and TV has worked great ever since.
