I've been running the LG - 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for about a year and a half now and I'm still impressed. It just looks amazing. Not since I bought a plasma TV have I been this impressed.

Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of these TV Warranties several times, even to the point that I received 2 NEW / REPLACEMENT TVs and would have been out a lot of money for the replacements and work if I had NOT PURCHASED these warranties! The up front price may seem high at the time but most likely would be less that the first service call!

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

With every penny never had a problem with it has saved me many times over the years

Each and every time I have called the agents are professional and know what they are doing....from guest service to tech issues and I feel valued as a customer. I wholly recommend anyone with modern electronics in their homie to have this service. It has saved me much stress and money.

Didn't buy the extra warranty on our last 75 inch television and it blew out after only 6 months of average use (on about 2-3 hrs a day, most days). So this time, we're prepared.

Have not used it yet but it’s good to know it’s there. Why do I have to pay for an in-home visit when I have the warranty?

I bought this protection plan for my new 32" TCL Roku tv. It was quite affordable and gives me peace of mind. I have never had to use a bestbuy protection plan in the past, even though I have purchased them before. I'm just glad they offer them.

Great protection for your tv when you need it!! the protection had a reasonable cost!!

Always get the protection plan. It’s worth it because you never know with how stuff is built these days

I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.

The Geek squad agent was able to advise me on options for my car installed and completed the installation on a timely and professional service. My laptop was also remotely repaired in a very professional manner to my satisfaction.

U purchased the Geek squad 2 year.to cover my 100" tv. An asset has to have protection.

I purchased a 40" Sony with extended warranty. At about month 14, std warranty ended at month 12, I suffered a lightning strike that took out my TV. I brought it in to Best Buy, they shipped it off for analysis and they gave me a full credit. I used that credit plus some cash to purchase a new Sony 65" XBR 4k TV. Awesome pic.

Never an issue is I need to return anything. No questions asked!

This is a must for almost every large purchase. They called me to ask if they could deliver early, which is the best. Thank you!

Vivian great tech. 100%. She had everything hooked up in no time. And explained how to use my remote.

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

When I bought a new 55" TV I got this 5 year protection plan because it was offered at a good price (and included delivery and setup) and because my 2011 TV (same price range TV) went out after only 4 years..and on which I did not have a protection plan. So far I have not had to use my protection plan but better to be safe than sorry.
