Haven’t needed to use this and hopefully won’t. But I wished I had it on my last television that went out after a year and a half. Could have saved hundreds of dollars.

I love to buy protection and i bought for 5 years.

Haven't had to use it yet and hope I never do. This if for a TV I got my mom. This protection gives me peace of mind knowing Best Buy will take care of issues should there be a problem and my mom will not have to worry about any cost out of her pocket.

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.

Yes a must have for any investment! Theres also a membership you can get for geek squad on all your items instead of buying them individually with each item.

We bought the extended warranty when we purchased a TV at Best Buy for our son's room. Any time we purchase electronics for our kids, we generally get the protection plan because we know our kids aren't always gentle on electronics. I hope we never have to use the warranty, but it's nice to know we have it in case we need it.

I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.

Agent came over help set up and answer all our questions. He was friendly, personable and patient. Great representative for Best Buy.

Geek squad are always very helpful when ive had a problem with trouble shooting something i dont understand. Thwy are very professional.

If you ever wonder if you need Geek Squad protection, don't struggle. Especially electronics these days.. their life span is short and build quality is not quite guaranteed. Your warranty will give you complete peace of mind!. At least my experience with Best Buy warranty has been always pleasant!

The replacement plans with Best Buy are great. If anything happens you just bring the item back and get a gift card to repurchase or you can purchase something else.
