I love everything about this tv. It has loads of apps that are free a beautiful picture may options. The only thing I wish it had was a tv show reminder. I need this function due to my busy life and forget what's on each night.

The agent was able to fix my TVs sound problem and he explained how he did it. He was great

The price is a tad much, but having that warranty is a must with all electronics if need be

Hadn’t came into play yet considering it’s a great and trustworthy brand of television (LG) but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.

I always buy the extended warranty as products don’t last like they did long ago.

When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.
