WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO REVIEW. I HAVEN'T HAD THE NEED TO USE IT YET.

I haven't had to use this yet, but hopefully don't have to. I have had to use these for other products and was disappointed. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

Don't count on 5-years worth of protection. The coverage is only extended until you have reached the purchase amount of the device, which includes minor diagnostic tech support (online or in-person). Highly recommended DO NOT use unless you have to in order to not exceed the protection limits.

excellent product and customer service good quality I recommend it.

Paid 120 bucks for a 2 year warranty when I called they said that they could work on it bc the screen had been damaged like what am I paying for

I purchased 2 yr warranty. I haven't used it yet. Can't think of anything else to say. H Oi ve me a break.

I can’t remember purchasing this service. If it was, I bought it for an Onkyo 6 CD changer.

Haven't needed them for a house call yet but when I was "in a state of mind" they walked me through the steps, OVER THE PHONE! So far, so good!

I didn’t need to use the Geek squad protection, but it was probably good to purchase in case something were to go wrong with my new television.

It's always good to have protection. Kind of.on the expensive side though

Does what’s intended, although I find it to be a bit overpriced when compared to others.

Useless except the one thing i needed it for. Between kids and pets something is bound to hit the screen and of course thats not even an option with payment.

Have a broken tv screen my 2 year old hit with a broom. Now they are saying they don’t cover accidents. But when the WiFi stopped working on the last one they replaced it.

Best Buy warranties used to be the best, but since couple of yeas it has become the worse ever. I used to recommend anybody to buy in best buy, not any more. Best buy has become a joke. I'm giving a star because I need to give it in order for me to post the complain.

It's hard to review this as I did not use the Geek Squad at all. It's like buying insurance, unless you use it, you do not know how good it is.

It is there if I need it and that is comforting. I am not much on after sale warranties but there is much that can go wrong with the purchased TV.

doesnt protect for screen damage should really cover that. ehh its ok they just do basic things

Don’t remember buying geek squad for anything. They didn’t hook anything up for me so unsure as to the quality
