Definately worth having. You never know what can happen without protection.

the geek squad is so so only thing is that they have to send the tv out they dont do the repairs inhouse when you renew the plan do 1 year at a time cause if they total the tv and give you a refund they wont credit you they balance of the unused contract example: if you buy a 5 year contract and on the 1st year it goes bad and they total the tv they wont credit you for the unused contract or even prorate the contract

This protection plan really comes in handy when an issue arises.
