    When it comes to Geek Squad, I'm not entirely sure what I'm paying for. When something needs repaired, it normally gets sent somewhere and then replaced with a refurbished product if there's something available. Other than that, if you Call or Chat Online with Geek Squad, They almost always refer you back to the Store where the Product was Purchased. Kind of a waste of money.

    The average life of a TV seems to be around one year. The protection plan is a must. We have the exact same TV in a bedroom and geek squad had to come out last month. They were friendly and professional. They had to replace a part after 11 months of use. Learned my lesson with a tv we had for one year that the HD panel cracked on. $1500 to have it fixed so bought a new one instead.
