Have not had a need to contact the Geek Squad but the felt it was prudent. Here's hoping I do not need to reach out to them.

Always have great service from Geek Squad at the North Anchorage, AK store location. Very polite and very knowledgeable.

Have not had to use this service as of yet. Bough it as it was for a tv being used by college student.

I bought a TV in February. In July the screen went out. I knew it was covered under the manufacturer's warranty but I also had the Geek Squad protection plan so I called Geek Squad. They replaced the TV but then informed me that my five year plan was terminated after five months and would not transfer to the new TV. They said I could have used the manufacturer's warranty and preserved the plan but they didn't tell me this beforehand so I burned the plan for nothing. The store manager said to call customer service and complain. I did but the agent did not care. I'll try Amazon next time.

I like these protection plans they dont give you much hassle and they are more flexible than other companies

They got my order wrong then delivered the wrong tv my serial number on my tv was coming up as 50 inch when it was clearly a 65 inch . So i had 2 call and reoreder

Two year protection was actually surprisingly cheep for geek squad protection! Take advantage of it, it’ll be useful

Love the tv but did not ask for set up. And there seems to be something wrong with the remote control.

Bought the 2 year protection plan and the worst service ever when calling attempting to actually schedule a repair. Been on the phone for 20 minutes now and no one has actually been able to schedule a repair for a 55 inch TV that I paid a 2 year protection plan for.

Haven’t had to use them yet, and I guess that would be a good thing

I purchased a 2 year geek squad protection warranty on a tv that I got for my granddaughter. It explained that I would receive an email notice and a written copy in the mail. I received neither. I made a call to Best Buy after a month had gone by. I got passed to three different people each telling me they would connect me with the person who could help me. I got disconnected after the third person. I called back, got passed around two more times and finally got someone who said they would help me. It took him seven minutes to find my order. He said he got it straightened out and that I would get an email copy in three days and a printed copy mailed to my home in a week to ten days. That was three weeks ago and I've received nothing. I'll not buy another protection plan from Best Buy, if I even purchase another product from them. I guess I am just out the cost of the plan.

It nice to have thats all it is. So that if the product break or damage you can be better knowing you have this.

I went to the Geek Squad desk with a quick question. Nope, no can do. I had to sign in to get an appointment first. I was there at 2pm and the first open slot was at 3:45 pm. I went to Office Max and they answered my question on the spot and I did not have to buy anything.

Haven’t had to use them yet, should be thankful for the great products from Best Buy. Definitely safe than sorry.

Pretty plain and simple. just make sure the object is not physically damaged

I’ve only used Geek Squad once, and was disappointed. I was given a false sense of what Geek Squad was all about.

Got this for a PS4 and haven’t had to use it yet. I hope I never have to but I wanted some sort of insurance on my PS4

Too many small letters and fine print that they dont tell u

Look at it for maybe 15 seconds and said it was unfix able
