if you use the geek squad warranty. you have to purchase another warranty...makes no sense

Very very disappointed with this product display started turning off just after my protection plan expired. I dont think i am to buy any more products from best buy. I am done with tjis disgusting sevice why product goes bad just after protection plan? is this a bad or bad refurbished product?

Wouldnt recommend. Seems pretty much useless. Paying for 2years but realistically can only use after the first year of manufacture warranty.

Always get the longest warranty cause your tv is gonna go out right when it ends

They are ignoring my requests to fix TV. Told me to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer says it’s out of warrantee and to contact Best about because I purchased extended warranty from them.

I’ve purchased this before for my washer and the service was fair. I’m giving it another try for now

Bought this spent about 6-8 hours calibrating colors to get a decent picture. Gave up and returned . Maybe I had a bad set . But any fast motion was horrible . The blacks are light grey to navy blue. And lastly on dark movies the blacks areas turned in to black blocks which stands out to me . The 4K market needs to go a little farther on the picture and work out these bugs . Sadly my older set of which were top the line of their day 4-5 years ago out preformed this on motion/ and clarity . But these have the color but Bing big time soap Oprah effects to achieve a happy medium

Was lied to by a store employee into purchasing who said covered anything very unhappy then when my son broke it they didn’t fix it so I returned the plan wish they had been upfront

Its feels like going to a car dealership! But i hear they do great work! I didnt take the service after the price quote.

Would give 0 stars if possible…. Not a true 5 year warranty by any stretch of the truth… Product fails after 1.5 years… warranty over… Source crap products and then not back the warranty coverage sold to make the purchase usable for 5 years… False Coverage in the title…

Tried several times to contact “Geek Squad”! Every time I called, there was 20 to thirty minutes, wait time. No one could help me with my problem. It wasn’t worth the money I wasted, for Geek Squad protection. What a waste!!!

The Geek Squad service I paid for expired about two and a half months before my TV quit working (no picture), so I didn't get to use it.

This dont cover do to crack or damages but cost over $200 for basic manufacturing stuff. I will not be purchasing any more tvs from best buy with these weak warrenties. I think they lying about it anyway. Went down hill when they got rid od reward statuses. I will be purchasing 80 inch some where that cares about customers needs.

I purchased​ this Bluetooth headset and purchase the extra warranty...glad I did because my headset went out and best buy didn't have a problem exchanging it since I had the extra warranty.

Does not cover appliances that were previously purchased. Even though service was purchased when appliance was purchased.

Got a year left warranty on this TV and I cant even get a simple question asked to when my delivery is suppose to be here. Been on hold for over 45 minutes just to get hung up on.....Sad customer service

I was told by geek squad the extra coverage protects from accidental damage. It does NOT, it is a scam to get you to pay more for a service knowing it does not cover.

I tried to replace a TV that went bad and the company that does the TV replacements was a bunch of rude jerks. I finally got a manager at the actual store to help me as the replacement people were useless.
