Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

I haven’t needed the service thankfully but I’m confident you’ll take great care of me.

I have not purchased the protection in the past and regret not doing it. I purchased it this time because I had got it for another product and I liked how they applied it and gave me a new product as they were not able to fix it.

Cant beat the warrenty. Anything happens and the Electonics are covered. Life happens when u lease expect it. Moght ss well be prepared

I always purchase the protection plan because returning an item is hassle free no matter what happens accidental damage or product failure. Simply walk in swap them out and be on your way.

Absolutely great warranty/protection plan for the money. You get five years of coverage on this TV and some peace of mind so you don’t have to worry after making such a sizable purchase Best Buy always has your back!!!

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.
