    Great Support from the Geek Squad

    I have always had great service from the Geek Squad, no matter which Best Buy Store I go into. The personnel working the Geek squad have consistently proved to me that they are experts on correcting problems with my computer. I have appreciated the low cost of my annual agreement which allows me unlimited visits to the Geek Squad to ask questions or to obtain service for my products.

    Absolute garbage OS. Won’t connect using Ethernet using a 1Gbps fiber connection. Won’t stay connected on Wi-Fi 6 mesh. Can’t login using TV or app. Won’t update apps because they’re not installed but they’re also installed by default? Can’t add tv as a device because my email is already registered to the device? Replacing with Sony. $4.5k piece of garbage.

    One of the main reasons that I feel comfortable shopping at Best Buy is because of the Geek Squad, and the Warranty that they offer on certain products that you purchase. They have always gone above and beyond to refund, repair, replace, in order to take care of their customers.

    When purchasing the Hisense U8G wanted to make sure I get from Best Buy warranty no other protection plan even comes close to giving you money back when tv can not be fixed. Remember don’t use warranty 1st year. The manufacturer needs to help. 2nd year and on is when you use

    It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

    My Samsung 65 Q80T screen failed in less than 6 months. I called Geek Squad and when the replacement part was unavailable then gave me full credit towards purchase and installation of a replacement TV. The replacement make my purchase of Geek Squad protection well worth the purchase cost.

    The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one

    Got this for my 1st expensive TV. Haven’t had to use it but have used this warranty before for different products. Best Buy does a wonderful job and are quick to respond

    Usable and easy to apply it to get the help that you need. Just remember that it is concurrent with a manufacturer warranty.

    I added the 5- year service warranty to my Samsung purchase just to be sure! But I’m thinking I might not have needed it with this product as everyone I speak with that owns products from Samsung are happy even years later! But I trust Best Buy and their guaranteed service! Great investment!

    I've thankfully only had to use the protection plan a few times, but the service and resolutions were always satisfactory. I wouldn't get for cheap items, but anything over $500 is definitely worth it! I buy many items from best buy, and always get the protection plan for major items.

    I purchased protection on my last TV, which stopped working out of nowhere. A Geek Squad member tried some trouble shooting techniques & ordered a spare part. Upon his second visit, the part didn't fix the issue. He ordered the upgraded version. I didn't have to pay anything for the TV nor his service.

    This was well worth the price... we had a lightning strike, a few months after we purchased the TV and they ordered and replaced the Mainboard within two weeks. Works great now.

    I purchased additional protection to make sure I would have no issues. I was replacing a tv that had only lasted 2 years so this seemed like a great value.
