    I hesitate to purchase any insurance or services since I never use them. I have used this. I purchased two computers and they came to my house and transferred all my programs/documents and set up the screen the way I wanted. Since then I have called for help with an app and was helped over the phone.

    I purchased this system before and it was great! The subwoofer worked amazing during action scenes. This one I purchased for my mother and she is living it.

    With so many electronic devices in our house, we love the peace of mind of having a five year protection plan that covers any problems, and they come to our home for any service or repair calls. It sure beats pulling a large TV off the wall and hauling it somewhere for a repair

    I feel this is a good investment for big ticket items I just had a tv that was not working and having the protection plan really helped the Geek Squad was great they came twice and were extremely helpful and the store squad was also great at the mall. They were fast helpful and very professional.

    I have always been a fan of Best Buy Service Plans. Granted it is like every other insurance: you hate paying for it, but you hate not having it when you need it. I have been on both sides of Best Buy Service Plans: I have purchased some and never used it and I have purchased some and used it. The experiences that I have had using them have all been good so I continue to purchase the service plans.

    He was very proffessional. He was very friendly and nice. It didnt take him very long at all to put up wall mount. And he also hooked the tv up to the wall mount. It looks really good. I was very impressed.

    I had an issue with my TV. Tje replacement parts were unavailable. My TV without was replaced without a deduction for depreciation and without hesitation.

    Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

    I’ve never had to use this, but I know geek squad is great at what they do and I recommend getting this good warranty just in case something we’re to happen!

    I hope I never have to use it with our new OLED TV, but it saved my bacon when our 2 yr old LED set developed an issue with the panel. Since Visio panels are not replaceable, it provided a credit equal to my purchase price. This allowed me to upgrade to the better quality picture of OLED.

    Only purchase this once before and got a full refund on a broken keyboard case. Had a $1200 Samsung tv go down and didn’t want to have any issues for a new LG 75 inch. I will have piece of mind for 5 years. They even cover pixel loss.

    I bought a 600 tv. Ain’t no way I’m not gonna insure it for 2 year after the fire destroyed the last one. I love my tv so much, I literally named it “Brad Pitts TV” I’m almost positive he owns the exact same mode. So no better option then to protect the same tv that he may or may not own.
