Always need protection for electronics so bought a 2 year plan .

I bought the extended warranty for our 65” TCL Google Q6 tv really cheap insurance if anything happens to our tv.

My device has not had any problems, but having the peace of mind that if it broke or malfunctions I could easily get it fixed. Amazing service

The Geek Squad Protection plan helped me the end of May when there was a lightning strike near my home. Having it allowed for a technician to come out for a service call that I was able to take advantage of.

Haven't had to use it yet for my tv. But not a bad thing to have for just in case.

The Geek squad agent was able to advise me on options for my car installed and completed the installation on a timely and professional service. My laptop was also remotely repaired in a very professional manner to my satisfaction.

I have purchased this for the past 3 tv's I bought and have had to use them. These skinny flat screen tv's aren't made to be fixed.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my smart tv for $59 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it . Where now paying $59 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think thats a no brainer.

Always always always get the protection plan! It has saved me twice when my tvs went down. I got a new tv each time with zero hassle.

Tv colors are great,like the fact that when ibluetooth headphones they connect immediately

The tv is amazing, I bought it since the introductory oleds of 2021 the A1 doe not have an HDMI 2.1 Picture is awesome and plugged into ps5 or Xbox series x it looks great! this is my second OLED and counting,! highly recommend

Has great sound, excellent picture quality, the remote is a little funky so purchased a different Samsung remote and it works great on the tv. Definitely would purchase again.

The service Geek squad has provided has been great, they have been helpful for us every time we need their expertise. As a Geek squad member, we also save money.

Best protection plan in the business. I got very tired of dealing with all the terrible plans out there, and now only purchase best buy when possible so that I don't have to deal with lesser protection plans.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

They really help to save my laptop the glass was broke . They repaired in a timely manner

Small tv already had a mount took about 15 minutes to replace old model with new. I highly recommend the geek squad protection its a no nonsense policy they will either repair or replace no ifs & buts.

This is a great deal and worry free, which makes buying a new tv stress free because I know if something goes wrong I will be protected.
