Have a good customer support and very fast service

Glad that I purchased this not only for security if something were to happen in 5 years bit to also be future proof with the newest technology is something happens.

My third Geek Squad Protection Plan and I always purchase when buying large ticket items. Peace of mind in knowing that I can count on Geek Squad for issues and repairs.

Have yet to need the service of the geek squad. I am confident that when I do need the service I will not be disappointed.

A warranty is piece of mind if it messes up it will be fixed if it’s an expensive electronic buying a warranty will keep you from having to buy another tv if it goes out

On larger purchases, almost always purchase the extended warranty. Geek Squad and Best Buy are great to work with, as long as it's all under warranty.

Good value because it covers burn in on my OLED. I have complete piece of mind knowing I can use my tv for as long as I want and watch whatever I want for the next 5 years.

I would not buy an electronic without the geek squad service! I always walk away satisfied! They know their stuff! I don’t care for having to make an appointment especially since it’s too far away but I understand during Covid 19days, it’s necessary.

Geek Squad warranty replaced previous television when it was determined that the television could not be repaired. Ended up with a television upgrade. Frustrated customer (because of previous TV) turned happy and satisfied customer.

Truly will get it you never know when your tech is going to fail I surely feel better having it.

I feel better having Geek Quad protection, especially after having previous problems; didn't require installation this time, but question answered quickly.

This was a good price. Haven't used this yet but I have heard really good things about the Geek squad. If when I use it anything changes I will rewrite my review

I did some research and settled on the Samsung TV. Had great picture quality, and good service life. When I got it home was easy to set up. great picture quality and good features. I love that it is a smart TV apps built into the TV.

The Geek Squad gentleman was very polite about why he could not fix my broken television.
