Nice to have piece of mind that my TV will be covered for extra years. Have used the service before and it was well worth it.

Insurance coverage for my purchased product(s). Hoping I won’t need it and if I do, that it will pay off having it.

Definitely comes in handy to add insurance on your product. Still haven’t used the protection plan but it’s good to the have it.!

Never had a problem with Geek Squad or a Best Buy protection plan and have had problems with other companies "insurance" or "protection plans".

We mounted our own TV, so didt need the installation, but we would have used them if necessary.

Do yourself a favor, once you spend this amount of money on a product, go ahead and spend the extra little bit to get protection. I mean it lasts for five years! you don't get that kind of insurance anywhere else!

I CONSIDER THAT THE WARRANTY EXTENSION OFFERED FOR 5 YEARS FOR TV IS A VERY GOOD BENEFIT FOR THE CUSTOMER THAT MEANS A PLUS IN THE SERVICE

Bought this for my Samsung TV. It was having issues with the display and BB got it all fixed. This service definitely gives me peace of mind.
