I purchase Geek Squad protection for all of my electronics. I recently used it for a tv. It was easy to use and they replaced my tv.

Setup was especially easy, just walk through on remote compatibility with cable was worth the price. Plus two more years of help.

The Geek protection plan gives a sense of security. It pays for itself in the long run.

an agent helped me right away asked for my name or ID and helped me to my pickup .

Geek squad was awesome, they came to check our old tv, was under warentee and had to replace it, they were quick and friendly

It could be better had to use it once did not like that they did not want to give me a new tv just tried to suppose to fix it
