Geek squad is the best. Get this protection for everything you buy.

I would have given 5 stars because the protection is good but Best Buy in store customer service tried to make me pay twice for Geek Squad protection if my son hadn't noticed

I bought this tv for my mom, and she loves it. The quality is amazing, just purchased a smaller one for my daughter.

Geek squad gives me peace of mind whenever I buy new technology. It's helped me several times and I either get a replacement or a fix.

I still think this tv is a great buy. Picture quality is very nice. Has game mode. No glasses but they are cheap enough, I recommend the regular active 3d glasses. 3D works in all model with virtually no crosstalk. Don't recommend using 3d in competitive online game play due to input lag but is amazing for campaign or co-op.

Got this TV for my living room but ended up putting it in my bedroom. Easy to setup, picture quality is great. I would purchase again.

I buy Best Buy products all the time, from TV’s to cell phones... but what is most important to me is the peace of mind I get purchasing the protection plans. I know if something goes wrong I have a team of people at my disposal to help me figure out and fix whatever the issue is.

I bought this protection only because it was not so expensive and figured why not. Manufacturers don't make things to last like they use to so I figure i protect myself just in case.

Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

I have not actually had to use the geek squad protection for this item, but Best Buy has one of the best warranty programs in the industry. They truly do protect the products you buy from them and if you have an issue do not make you feel like an idiot.

I love having the piece of mind that well qualified techs are there to help me if I have an issue.

Geek Squad is responsive and quick with their help. I’ve never been disappointed in their solutions to any problems or inquiries I’ve had.

I don’t mind spending the extra money to have peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue after the factory warranty runs out that I will be able to still receive repairs or a replacement!

Anything over the size of a tablet I always get extra insurance. Always always ask if protection you buy starts after the one year warranty or immediately each place is different
