So far so good on this set. In my experience with TCL so far, the TV will stop working just past the MFR warranty, so I bought the 5 year geek squad protection plan to cover it longer.

Always nice service I am very much satisfied with the service and people are really good. So kidding.

The first 2 tv's I bought were defective. Both were Samsungs. They came and picked up both tv's and brought me a replacement LG tv. So far i'm much happier with the 86 inch LG

I have always liked the Geek Squad. Ive used in the past for a laptop and never had a problem, sometimes the service is slow and when you go into store it may not be enough techs but overall its a great service plan, choose your options.

I recently picked up this tv for 399.99. For a tv this inexpensive, the picture quality is superb. We watched Angry Birds in 4k on the xbox one S an my wife remarked it looked better than the theater. I would definitely recommend this tv to any one.

So impressed with the Geek Squad! When our new TV when out, we called and they set up an appointment, handling it immediately! Explained if it couldn't be fixed, we would receive a new tv. Very courteous, prompt and efficient! Able to fix it no problem!
