The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

I purchased this for my new Hisense TV. The TV died in 6 weeks and when I called the Geek Squad I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer for the first year of the warrenty. This is understandable. The Geek Squard member was very nice. My issue was when I tried to cancel it my refund was prorated.

Always get the extended warranty. This is my third TV that I’ve been able to use the warranty value toward a new TV.

My samsung tu8000 stop working after two in a half years so happy i got this 5 year protection plan. Returned the broke tv and they let me pick out another tv of the same value.

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

This is reassuring to have. The Geek Squad mounted my TV on the wall. I had to have the TV replaced this year and that was covered. It makes my life less stressful to have it.

I really like my sound bar. Great sound quality for a reasonable price. Makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater.

Purchasing a new Smart TV introduced me to the world of the Geek Squad! My first Geek rep set up my TV and explained all the info. It was as if the TV manual came to life. He was a professional and made sure we understood all of the details of the TV. He was a credit to Best Buy's reputation!

I would recommend getting the 5 warranty with any of the newer products over $200.00. The last 5 TVs purchased, had failures between the two and three-year mark. Since I purchased a 42 inch TV the GeekSquad came out to the house but wasn't able to repair it, so I exchanged it for a better one.

The warranty and geek squad is my main reason for shopping BEST BUY!

I bought a new 65" 4K UHD tv and added the 5-year geek squad protection. You never know when your cat might decide to jump behind the tv, get tangled in your premium HDMI cables, and decide to just dash out and knock it all down, ruining your evening television watching. Best to be safe, get the protection! Also, get rewards points for writing this review. I hope you enjoyed.

This TV does so much still finding new things daily. We love it!
