They installed a bracket and mounted my TV. They connected to all my devices and even programed my Harmony remote.

This TV has been excellent and has fit all my needs. Sometimes the TV doesn't show up in other devices to be able to cast to. The Google Home app had trouble connecting to my TV.

I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

Cant beat the warrenty. Anything happens and the Electonics are covered. Life happens when u lease expect it. Moght ss well be prepared

We have been using Geek Squad for all our electronics for more than 7 years. The price has been reasonable and the service has been reliable year after year.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

got this for my girlfriend for christmas and she loved it. good for the price. wish that small tvs came with higher picture quality but it’s good nonetheless

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

Geek is totally worth the price. Definitely has helped me in the past and I will continue to buy it again

Geek squad service is an excellent way to make sure your purchases are working properly.

Why would you buy a $1200 TV and not put a coverage on it is the real question. I’ve been purchasing Best Buy service plans for years I’ve exercised some others I never had to redeem, they are well worth it.

Added protection from whatever happens. Only right for the money spent on the television

The Geek Squad has done several great installations for our family. I.e. 5.1 Surround Sound System, large screen televisions etc.

Every time I have to call the Geek Squad on a warranty issue I have a hassle. When my Sony TV died after only two years, I was told I would only be given current market value of $1080 for my $1700 TV. Also, that I would not get delivery and installation and as usual I was told I am out of the service area (even though that doesn’t seem to matter when they are selling you the TV and warranty). Lucky for me the store manager agreed that this was ridiculous and got me a replacement TV of equal value and had it delivered and installed. It’s too bad I can’t devide my review into two parts. 1 Star for the terrible Geek Squad phone customer service and five stars for the store manager!

Piece of mind to have in case with any issues. Great electronic products coming out every day but harder to fix need a AV TECH for these new electronics.
