WE LOVE our usual tech - all of them are great! They always make sure we understand what's wrong and what they're going to do to fix it.

I don't buy Geek Squad protection, but I guess if you did then it would be ok

I was very satisfied with the additional coverage offered at a reasonable price to me in store when I purchased my vizio television. I highly recommend the additional coverage to ensure your tv is protected against product defect or failure.

The only protection plan that covers Burn In!! Definitely worth it for peace of mind when purchasing an OLED TV!!

When you dont have it, you will wish you did. My TV at just a little over 3 yrs went out. They tried to fix and couldn't, so i got a new TV. So glad i had it.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

Knowing the TV was going into a bedroom was bothering me so I decided to get the warranty as a precaution.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

The geek squad warranty is is great. But I am ok with never using it.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.

The Geek Squad has been there for every and any problem I have had with any purchase from Best Buy. It is easy to make an appointment with them and they always meet the scheduled time.

A little expensive for a service that may not even be used, but better than having to replace the TV on my own for if it's defective.

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!
